A plan drawing convinces an engineer. It rarely convinces the person signing. The 3D view is built from the same parts as the drawing — not a separate model somebody has to maintain — so it is always the room you just quoted.

Doors and pass-throughs appear as real openings. Filter units, lights, diffusers and sprinklers sit in the grid where you placed them. Cabinets and benches stand where they will stand.
